How We Became a Trusted Name

Over 40 years ago, Executive Chef George crafted this seasoning in one of Alaska’s first gourmet dinner houses. Chef George was passionate about his community and built long-standing & trusted relationships with culinary professionals & butchers alike, leading to success of the seasoning beyond his restaurant. Chef George said anything worth doing is worth doing well.
Today, as a 5th generation Alaskan family, we are proud to provide his proprietary blend of beef base, garlic, and pepper to enhance the natural flavors of meat, including seafood, BBQ & game meats like moose and bear.
